Our STT and TTS models are trained on real Thai data, which means better accuracy on the names, dialects, and domain vocabulary your callers actually use. No. Our no-code Flow Editor lets operations and CX teams design and manage voice flows without engineering involvement. API access is also available for deeper integrations.
