Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Gowajee. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using AirSync, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Gowajee platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between your organization and Gowajee Co., Ltd., incorporated in Thailand.

2. Platform Use

Gowajee grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations during your subscription period. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all outbound contact activities comply with applicable Thai laws, including PDPA
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • The content of all voice flows and scripts deployed through the platform
  • Ensuring you have valid legal basis to contact individuals using our service

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Gowajee acts as a data processor on your behalf. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and performance. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Enterprise plans include SLA-backed uptime commitments outlined in your service contract.

6. Payment Terms

All plans are pre-paid monthly. Credits are activated upon payment. Overage usage is billed at the end of each billing cycle at your plan's effective per-minute rate.

7. Intellectual Property

Gowajee retains ownership of the platform, underlying models, and technology. You retain ownership of your data, voice flows, and content created using the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gowajee will make every reasonable effort to protect your data and maintain service quality. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the minimum subscription period. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
